What flavour are your cookies?
Our cookies are a vanilla sugar cookie topped with fondant. We additionally offer a gingerbread flavour seasonally at Christmas.
Do you offer gluten free/dairy free/vegan alternatives?
Not at this stage as our cookies contain milk, eggs and wheat products. They are also prepared in a home kitchen, so traces of other allergens may be present.
How long will my cookies last?
When stored correctly (see below FAQ), our cookies will stay fresh for up to 6 weeks if still packaged or, will last up to 2 weeks once opened.
How do I store my cookies?
Our cookies are best kept fresh in their individual heat sealed packaging, stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. If taken out of their individual packages, store in an airtight container.
DO NOT refrigerate as this will affect the texture of both the cookie and fondant.
Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
For all custom orders, there is an order minimum of 20 cookies.
We do however have a selection of premium pre-designed boxes and individual designs available to order all year round! Please note these cookies are not customisable unless specified otherwise.
Do you require a deposit?
For all custom orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pick up or dispatch.
For all website orders, full payment is required.
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order ASAP! Whilst we would love to accommodate for every enquiry we receive, we are a one woman show and as such, do book quickly and would hate for you to miss out!

For all website orders, just add to cart, place your order and you're all set!
Collection and Shipping
Where are you located?
We are located in Redbank Plains, QLD.
Do you offer postage?
Absolutely we do! We offer express postage through Australia Post.
How much is postage?
Our shipping rates are provided by Australia Post and therefore will vary depending on weight of your total order. As a general guide, postage begins at $15.
How long will postage take?
Whilst we would love to give a definitive timeframe, we can't guarantee delivery dates as this is dictated by Australia Post.
Please view the Australia Post website for a rough estimate depending on location and when placing a postage order, please allow for a few extra days when putting in your dispatch date at checkout (just incase there are shipping delays).
We do not take responsibility or will be held liable for postage delays, postage is at your own risk and discretion.
Will my order get damaged during postage?
All cookies in the order are individually wrapped and protected with bubble wrap when posted.
Once your order has been posted, we do not take responsibility and are not liable for any damages to cookies due to postage handling.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been completed and shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email.
Please check Spam or Junk folders as these emails can sometimes filter into there.
